My experience has been so wonderful that I feel like I have to share it. The insulation in our house is really bad. When it's cold outside, it's freezing inside, and when it's hot, it's like hell. It took our old ac system at least an hour to cool the house inside in those 100 Fahrenheit days. Sometimes, it literally died. Hopeless, we called Comfort1, and we feel like we got our life back. They installed a completed package of furnace, coil and condenser, along with blown in insulation. We are now able to host people in the summer time, we don't need to put those electric heaters on all night in the winter. And above all, Itay installed a Nest Thermostat in our hallway and we are able to track our usage and to save money! Thank you Itay! We will refer to all!
Itay came out to my house and made it cool again! We were dying from the heat and he made everything better. He didn't have to order a new board, which is what the last guy said was necessary (which would have been very expensive). He arrived fast, solved the problem fast and has a pleasant disposition. You might not be able to control the weather but with Itay, you can control the temperature. P.S. My dog liked him and she is the best judge of character.

Oh yeah baby, I like it hot... except when it's mid-day in late July in the Valley! Mmmm... I like it steamy... except when it's the steam rising off my head from anger at a broken AC at mid-day in late July in the freakin' Valley!! You know I love when things go down on me... unless it's my AC at mid-day in late July in the motha-freakin' Valley!!! Anyhoo... the AC was down, it was close to 100 degrees, my employees were melting into puddle-shaped versions of ourselves... so I decided to try a professional company (which I found on Yelp, by the way) -- this Itay dude showed up within 45 minutes, he was all business, got straight to work, and saved the day! We did not melt. My employees were not sent home for the day. They were not happy about that...
Comfort One did a great job. Prices were very competitive. Itay, the owner, and his staff were very professional and did great work. Customer service is great. I was so impressed I hired them a second time to upgrade the second system in my house. I recommend them to everyone.
